SALT is the brainchild of Mehak Singh and Sumeet Samuel along with a team of professionals from different walks of life such as educationists, journalists, doctors and students who collaborated in an attempt to help uplift the lives of the less fortunate in society. SALT was conceived on 13th June 2019 with the aim to help India meet its Sustainable Development Goals .The main intent of our goals is to provide quality education, reduce inequalities , work on the challenges of responsible consumption, towards climate action and environmental reforms. SALT aims to create a more compassionate and an aware world for all, through its various projects targeted towards engaging slum communities, school partnerships and direct engagement of children and youngsters through different programmes and events.
